gym equipment digital concierge local transport
The room was clean. Housekeeping visited twice daily. The gym offered access to good equipment. A digital concierge aided with recommendations and reservations through WhatsApp. This service was very helpful. We were provided access to a car for local transport between 6 PM and 10 PM. This was an unexpected benefit.
The walls seemed to offer little soundproofing. The noise from nearby rooms was sometimes audible. This was a minor inconvenience.

splendid getaway
polite staff room upgrade
the staff are polite and attentive. we received a complementary upgrade to our room. the hotel includes many pools and restaurants.
some noise occurred at night. Partying continued until 3-4am. soundproofing is needed.

good bathroom big balcony many pools fashionable restaurants
i found the room and bathroom very good. the balcony was a big advantage. many pools are available. many fashionable restaurants are in the territory, very convenient. there are clubs available too, so i did not need to go outside of this place.
responsiveness to room services and requests could improve. i requested room service several times for drinking water, but i had no response.

the rooms offer well-kept spaces. rooms feature modern decor and comfortable beds. the air conditioning is effective and easily adjustable. each room has a stocked minibar.

the main restaurant provides a menu with many choices. breakfast is served at the beach. the breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. several excellent restaurants are also close to the hotel.

the hotel is located very close to the beach. the hotel is at the heart of puento romano. it is within walking distance of many great restaurants. access to the golden mile is easy.

excellent staff varied restaurants convenient location
The location allows easy walks to the city. The staff was excellent. They addressed every need promptly. I found many restaurant options near the hotelwith varied culinary experiences.
The hotel seemed slightly overpriced relative to the overall quality.
